Through Artwork Rotation

why lease artwork?

Axis Art specializes in fine art and landscape imagery made accessible through an all-inclusive artwork leasing service.

Artwork is rotated from Axis Art’s catalog every six months, which ensures that your clients and staff always have new pieces to enjoy. The exceptional imagery and high quality presentation serve as a conversation starter and leave a lasting impression.

Axis Art is an all-inclusive leasing service: use your custom online portfolio to select new artwork for the upcoming rotation and we take care of the rest. We’ll collect the previous leased artwork and prepare and install the new artwork. Our experienced staff keep a low profile and work efficiently within your preferred schedule.

By recording the lease’s monthly payment as an operating expense, you can enjoy the following benefits:

Conserve your Capital – The capital conserved while leasing art as an operating expense can be utilized for other capital expenditures.

Conserve your Credit –
Use an operating expense to keep your space fresh and avoid reducing your borrowing capacity pursuing permanent decor.

Off-Balance Sheet Financing –
An operating lease keeps the debt—and the corresponding asset—off your balance sheet.

Tax Benefits –
Lower your taxable income.

testimonial

Leasing my office’s art collection from Axis Art has allowed us to enjoy the vitality that comes from an ever-evolving décor while maintaining a consistent style throughout changing themes and subjects. The genius of not owning the pieces lies in the variety we can enjoy and the impossibility that any one piece could become stale or passé.  Daniel’s accommodating and professional demeanor has made the rotation process absolutely painless as well. I highly recommend this cost-effective and unique solution to cultivating an office’s ambiance.

How does the service work?

Prior to your first installation, an Axis Art consultant will walk through your space with you to identify which areas would benefit from being included in the service. Once the sizes and number of pieces in your set are determined, we will prepare a custom portfolio of artwork for you to choose from. Please click here for a brief demonstration of how the artwork selection process works. Artwork selection can be handled by our curation team if you’d like a completely hands-off experience.

The lease fee is paid monthly and is calculated based on the quantity and sizes of pieces in your rotation set. This fee includes all labor, materials, transportation, installation costs, and necessary display licenses; there are no hidden fees or other costs associated with the service.

Axis Art will work with you to determine the best timing for our highly trained team to install your leased set. The rotation process is simple: the team will collect the outgoing pieces and prepare your space for your new selections, and then deliver and install the pieces typically one to two days later. Your presence onsite during this process is at your discretion.
